I'm a little unsure how to respond to this. It's almost a parody position.
Do you see the Treaty of Dunkirk as an aggressive act of antagonism on Russia?
No. I was speaking of the NATO.
If the NATO was a defensive alliance, it would have let Russia in, in 2000.
Clinton refused.
It means that it was created to attack and eventually conquer Russia.

You're talking about the creation of NATO...is not the Treaty of Dunkirk then an important precursor to understand?

Absolutely not.
France and Britain were allies during WW2, that's why they signed Dunkirk. To protect themselves against future Nazis.
And Russia was their ally, too.
So I don't understand why she was excluded from the NATO.
Can you give me an answer? :)

India's difficulties with both Pakistan and China are pretty long-rooted at this point.
Part of their more pleasant relationship comes from the substantial amount of arms provided by the Russians to India. Whilst that has dropped over the years, Russia was still the largest supplier of arm to India up until the Ukraine conflict started to impact on Russian ability to export arms.

China has made substantial inroads in both Asia and particularly the Pacific, traditionally an area Australia is predominant. We were on auto pilot for too long, instead of acting in a true partnership model.
I'm not thinking China is better, but they are more active right now.

India has been developing its own armaments industry, so they may not really need Russian imports of arms all that much.

As for being on auto pilot too long, that phrase would also apply to the U.S.

So you don't care too much about what Putin is doing.
How on Earth did you infer that
from my many posts arguing that
supporting Ukraine will reap
benefits around the globe?

Should I have posted them in
British English to make them clearer?

Oh no...you don't actually believe it was signed to protect them from 'The Germans' do you?
