Kena Upanishad
I-4. That which is not uttered by speech, that by which the word is expressed, know That alone to be Brahman, and not this (non-Brahman) which is being worshipped.

The truth is not an object of mind or senses. That which is the basis and essence of awareness of the three states of waking, dreaming, and sleeping, is the ‘shivam advaitam atman’. This atman (Self) that illumines and knows the three states is the Brahman. It has no name and no form. We imagine it in diverse ways for the purpose of adoration and meditation. Om Namah Shivaya.
