I looked up Dr. Zakir Naik...when someone in this forum called him as 'mentally disordered.'

I looked up his videos on YouTube on

I find that Dr. Zakir Naik...has one of the BEST INSIGHTS....
though I disagree with him when he says...
...Mohammed is...the LAST & FINAL PROPHET....
..in a UNIVERSE of BILLION YEARS ..to COME...!
..& I VEHEMENTLY OPPOSE.....ALL THE FATWAHs of DEATH....issued Against Him!

Well the people who gave Fatwas are mostly Shia's minority sect of Islam and the fact is that the majority of the Muslims like him.

And for the media ,they took his statement out of the complete context from his lecture 'Is Terrorism Muslim Monopoly' and trying to convince that he is promoting terrorism ,but in full context of his speech he meant something else

One does not see any mental disorder in Dr Zaik on the Utube link above. I have seen another link that makes his conclusions questionable but everyone has their own opinion. It seems to me that saying someone is deranged because you don't agree with them is not an appropriate attitude.

The whole concept of a fatwas seems absurd to me because those giving them have no more authority than anyone else. Maybe I don't know much but it would seem to me like the head of the Lutheran Church ruling that the Pope isn't Catholic.
