One of my goals....

One of my goals is to make a very powerful energy drink that gives you enough energy to keep you going much longer, and isn't sugary, and is a small enough amount to shoot it, similiar to the Rocket Shot energy drink.
I am asking for suggestions on what kind herbs, and other energy giving substances would be good to try in this formula. I know (my spelling wont be accurate) gensing, tourine, and guranna are common in energy drinks, as is caffiene. Any suggestions on other things the use would be greatly appreciated.

Well, it's not magic pill, but I can tell you from my personal experience that I have never had so much energy than I do now that I've started exercising every day. No caffeine, no drugs, no magic pills... just exercise, good nutrition and plenty of water and I'm :woohoo:

I will.
I do know an energy drink recipe that will get you wired, but it has too much sugar to drink it often. The recipe is mixed in a large coffee cup:
16 packets of suger
1 package of hot cocoa mix
approx. 1/4 cup of chocalate milk
fill the rest of the cup with coffee.

Like Maize said, Water is very 'energizing; apparently if you can drink a 1/2 liter of it first thing when you get up, you will be revitalized. I can't say I have ever tried it, because I never have enough enough energy to get the water...................

Ok Luke I got the best energy drink for you. I am into liquid food (what I call fast food). We are always in a hurry and who has time to eat.

In a blender put:

1- 2 bananas
2-3 cups milk
1/4 cup of carob powder (similar to cocoa powder without caffeine)
1 T honey (optional)

This recipe can be varied according to each individual taste.

Carob is similar to the taste of cocoa and is found in most health food stores.
Try it as you would hot cocoa or for flavoring milk (like chocolate milk)
There are alternatives to all the caffeine drinks out there.

I think Carob could be used in an energy drink, along with wheat, in a roasted form with water and other naturally occuring herbs and foods.

Carob beans, or carob powder, gives you lots of energy and nutrition without all the side affects of its cousins the coffee beans and the cocoa beans.

I think this could be a money maker Lake Wolf

That sounds good.

There is this one drink called Rocket Shot energy drink. It's only 1.8 ounces per bottle. That small amount is enough to give you a big boost of energy. I want to make something similiar, but more powerfull if possible, even if I get to put it into an 8 ounces can. One thing I do want to also try and aviod in it is a large amount of caffien. I have cut back on my caffiene intake, and I actually have more energy now. I was able to wake up 6 this moring without an alarm.

I do know water is very good for feeling energized. I usually drink between 80-100 ounces a day.
