are lucifer and Satan aspects of one being, or are the different. i always looked at it as, God kick lucifer out and the aspect of Satan was brought up. I think some of it is God's trying to make Lucifer look worse than he is.

so are they the same or different

Satan and Lucifer have nothing to do with each other.

Lucifer is the Morning Star and is the Latin name for "Phosphorus" who is the greek goddess repressenting Light,Love and the morning star, She was called the Morning star because it appears in the Morning as the brightest star before the sun rises. The reason it was called Light Bearer because the phosphorus acted like a beacon that could tell the ancient that the sun will rise very soon, and this in a poetic construct was called "I Bear Light" which in latin is Lucifer. To the Greeks, Semetics and kemetic Lucifer was alway Feminine and usally repressented Love and fertility so picturing Lucifer as a Man and Evil makes no sense what so ever and thus false mythology and pictation.

Maybe Satan is Lucifers super-villain name. Sorry, couldn't help myself. ^_^

Baphomet is only considered to represent satan for some satanists. In any case the breasts are symbolic. The breasts represent the nurturing power of Satan while the flame on baphomet's head represents the flame of intelligence.
