Last year, ABC refused to air a commercial by the progressive United Church of Christ promoting its inclusive policy towards gays and racial minorities. Yet the same network chose to air an advertisement last night by James Dobson's Focus on the Family. Apparently tolerance is "too controversial" for ABC, but Dobson who recently compared Supreme Court justices to KKK members is a-okay.

First, about Dobson's likenning the justices to the KKK: it makes me suspect that James Dobson has gone into a "permanent vegitative state" and no longer has full use of his brain. How else can you explain his likenning the justices to a domestic terrorist group?
Second, I notice that ABC has often been called part of the left wing liberal media, and full of leftist bias. But where is that bias when it comes to the ads they air? It sounds to me more like they are leaning towards the right when it comes to the ads they will air.
