Overheating

Big Queer Chesticles!
I am not sure if this is weight related or what. I get hot and bothered when its as cool as 21 degrees c/71.6 f so I am dreading summer coming up because average temp will be like 30 c/86 f and above.

Does anyone else have this issue or know of possible solutions to reduce overheating? Like I said I am not sure if it is just weight related or whether slim people experience this also.

.... and I doubt it has anything to do with being overweight. I work out all the time on a regular basis and still sweat.

Overheating can be a side effect of being overweight, but doesn't necessarily have to be. Some people are simply more comfortable in cooler temperatures.
I'm actually having some trouble with this myself at the moment as a side effect of some medication. I've always preferred cool weather, but at the moment I find even the Autumn weather uncomfortably hot and sticky. If you yourself are on any medications it might be worth checking the side effects to see if this is a contributing factor?

If it's sweating we're talking about that can be hyperidosis, if it's actually being uncomfortably warm it can be hormonal or due to several different diseases.

I'd say drink plenty of water and if you do think it's weight related ... well you know what to do about that. ;)

Our Texan friend has stolen my thunder:p . This may be a metabolic problem, likely endocrine in origin.
