PAD back on the Hulk

No*s

Captain Obvious
I just learned...Bruce Jones has been taken off the Hulk and Peter David put back on. If I weren't who I was, that'd be cause for one of Feather's happy dances. I can, nonetheless, do a jiggy :jiggy: and say woohoo :woohoo:.

Jones didn't have a clue how to write the Hulk. While PAD takes many liberties, he makes a good story, and is always enterntaining. Jones just seemed to completely misunderstand the character.

I have to admit No*s, the Hulk was my favorite comic book character when I was growing up. For some reason I always liked the big, strong guys... The Thing, Colossus, etc. :D

Given your age, you're almost certainly familiar with PAD's 12 years of work on the Hulk also (his Grey Hulk was a blast...but I'm partial to the Professor).

My favorite characters are Hulk, Spidey, and from DC I can take Supes :).

And speaking of Big Strong Guys, how happy was I when Colossus came back?! (Very.)

Why can't you do a happy dance? I'll git down an' git jiggy with ya!
(As has been previously established, I sound even less cool when trying to sound cool.)

I can imagine that you were happy about that. When he died, I kept wondering, "How long till they bring him back" lol.

I'm hoping to see more of the Professor now myself. It's too bad PAD can't retcon Jones' and Jenkins' whole runs :D.

On the dance, I thought it was the Happy Pagan Dance...I can't do that. I'm not a pagan...but I cando my own jig lol.

Most of my collection was actually from the late 70's and early 80's so I am more familiar with the savage hulk. I think that is mostly pre-PAD ...

Yes, it is. However, there were a few varieties there also :D. The Mindless Hulk, the Banner Hulk, lol.

Oh, no! The happy dance is not limited to any religion! FBI, C1 and I just have a branch of it that specifies in that. (That evolved when someone that was... less than nice was wandering through, and we were feeling like we needed a dance to get over their rudeness.)

You are such a wonderful poster that you deserve a happy dance of your own! Shall we dub it the No*s Jig?

Thank you for the compliment, but that's not unusual either. You hardly ever say anything bad :).

I think I'll have my own jig, then lol.
