Does the moon belong to any human or country at all? Personally i would say no.

it will now.. soon as that secret rocket loses visibility , next day pakistan will claim it at the United Nations.

But how can a government say, We own the moon? It is not a part of earth, and we as humans does not even own the earth. We are only living on the surface of it.

In my view, No you can not because it is not owned by anyone who you can buy it from. The moon is not for human beings to be owned, nor is the rest of the universe, we are just a part of the cosmos, not the rulers of it
