Glad to hear it Eliab, if getting treatment from a paramedic is dependent on my religious beliefs matching his or her religious beliefs, as an atheist most of the time I suspect I'll be screwed!Shakes head in wonder,
as a Paramedic i save all lives in peril, never even once concerning myself with ethnic or religious persuasion of those in need of aid.

Of course mate, the classic approach for any medic/first aider. This really is, and should always be a non story, the idea of watching somebody die because they have different religious beliefs is an appalling prospect.Smiles, gosh yes, i cannot even imagine considering belief or ethnicity before rendering aid .. though i do seem to have a process before stepping into the carnage of an accident i come across ...

2: look at the injured to assess urgency (triage) ..
3: step in and treat the most urgent ..
etc, etc
That right !Maybe in this day and age, it does deserve a thread.
