Pantheism is from Greek "all [is] God", meaning that God = the universe and all existence. They are one and the same. Panentheism means "all [is] in God", meaning that God transcends the universe and existence, while still being immanent (pervading it), but not one and the same thing.

That's pretty much it.

Pantheism = god(s) are fully immanent with reality/universe/nature to the point of being synonymous with it. Some theologies create a distinction between the sacred and profane; pantheistic theology does not.

Pantheism is not a religion in of itself, therefore it should not be capitalized; it's a theological idea that is at times combined with other theological ideas within the context of a religion. For example, my theology is animistic/polytheistic/pantheistic; my religion is Neopaganism (or contemporary Paganism).

The way I see it is that
Pantheism means God = Creation.
Panentheism means God = Creator and Created

I've always said that God was the Known and the Unknown. God is also, to me, the Knowing and the Not Knowing. Tell me if you think this fits the model.

I think this fits both models.

Like others said it is all is god which describes divinity as being immanent. Although because reality isnt all that we can perceive, the all is much more transcendent than obejctive reality.
