Yes I used it to look up the BATF.
AS B4 I am right you are wrong.

An AK47 is a machinegun.

And YOU are tiresome.

I live in Singapore btw. Not prc
Sorry, but I'm going to side with actual manufacturer. Everyone here has access to google and can easily find and verify this info.

...and what's tiresome is watching you continue to grasp for straws out of futile desperation.

Quell your undue ego.

Wrong.

So many mad dashes with goal post
to avoid admitting the fact that the Ak47 is
a machine gun.
You must be getting tired.

Poor thing.

Maybe a bit of " Relief Factor" will help you.
After all, you do "believe what the mfg calls his
product. What does BATF or FDA know.

What can we do as a country to reign in this rightwing redneck rampage against liberty, rights, equality, justice, science, education, etc.? It's a serious problem that will see our nation become a 3rd world theocracy if not resolved.
In Greece a nutcase teacher made her pupils watch porn.

It was a 13-3 decision

The result....
"
The 5th Circuit Court of Appeals, which hears civil and criminal cases from Texas, Louisiana and Mississippi – largely agreed and in a 13-3 decision in Jan 2023, the court said that “Cargill is correct” and that ATF lacked the authority to issue such a regulation." And bye bye ban.
They were not the judge that first overturned the regulation. My comment is still true.

We Never Know

No Slack
"The court found that the definition of a machinegun — which is set out in two different federal statutes — "does not apply to bump stocks.

Bump stocks harness the recoil energy of a semiautomatic firearm so that a trigger "resets and continues firing without additional physical manipulation of the trigger by the shooter," according to the ATF. A shooter must maintain constant forward pressure on the weapon with the non-shooting hand, and constant pressure on the trigger with the trigger finger, according to court records.

The full appeals court Friday sided with opponents of the ATF rule. They had argued that the trigger itself functions multiple times when a bump stock is used, so therefore bump stock weapons do not qualify as machine guns under federal law. They point to language in the law that defines a machine gun as one that fires multiple times with a "single function of the trigger."

We can’t post that content on RF. You can go find it yourself.
You can link to the texts, though. Surely?
Or at least tell me the books that contain these grooming messages?

I just wish to cross reference and see for myself.
Because the memes are awfully vague.

Here is where I would have liked to have used an "optimistic" frubal. You and I know that he will simply do some hand waving at best.
Well I like to give the benefit of the doubt.

I will say though.
I recall having a conversation about this exact topic years ago. I was probably just out of high school. Maybe at the end of my time there. Either way
The other person was from America.
As a joke I quoted one of my old high school biology text books, verbatim. It was a passage about Swyer Syndrome iirc.
I may have inadvertently mentally scarred this person quite badly.

Err my bad?

Like I’ll be the first to criticise my country’s approach to sex education and in particular science education (science as a subject is completely optional in high school. I think it should be mandatory at least until grade 10.) I think sex Ed can be improved. Personally. It’s not bad though, I guess
But I am more concerned about what some US schools are teaching. I don’t mean that to be an insult. Just that the various interactions I’ve had over the years have left me disconcerted.

lol what?

I never said that the fully automatic variants weren't machine guns, so if anyone is moving goal posts, it would be you.

You're the one trying to debate with the gun industry over whether or not a type of gun exist, despite it being easily verified.

Don't be mad. Take a break and relax.

Because it exists only in the perverted imaginations of conservatives. Being gay or trans isn't something you can choose to be or be manipulated into being. It doesn't work that way, and even if it did, who would it benefit and how? Conservatives live in a weird cartoon world.

This cultural and political divide is kind of like "Who Framed Roger Rabbit" in real life, with the MAGA crowd being the cartoon characters.

Here is the joke. If I google AK47 for variants I get that there is at least one AK47 variant made as semi-auto, but it is considered an AK47.

Gobble, gobble.

But anyway, do bump stocks and similar mods/accessories significantly increase rate of fire, making it more effective if you were firing into a crowd?
