Past Life Regression Experience

A while ago I listened to one of those YouTube past life regression videos. I got comfortable in bed closed my eyes and visualized as the voice instructed. I didn't expect anything to come of it. I undertook the regression as a spur of the moment "Let's see what comes up." kind of thing.

For the most part I did not experience anything resembling a visual memory. Instead once I got about half way though the video the words World War I, Somme, British and Death repeated themselves in my head over and over like an audio on a loop. I stopped the video about two-thirds of the way though as by that point I had had enough.

It is interesting that I've always had a much deeper interest In WWI over WWII. It is also possible that playing along with the regression caused me to construct a narrative with no basis in an actual past life. Obviously I do not take what I experienced as evidence for anything as there's no way for me to verify my results. I do in any case find it interesting that I got the results that I did despite going into it not expecting anything.

Twilight Hue

Twilight, not bright nor dark, good nor bad.
You would need to determine of there is such a thing as an imprint that can be passed after death that forms with a new being at birth.

I entertain it myself but it's just an idea with no science whatsoever to back it up.

Well, I am a believer in reincarnation for reasons other than regression evidence. Analyzing past life regressions can be tricky and we usually just don't have enough information. But it fascinates me none the less

The most interesting cases involve names and verifiable details. Some go deeper to try to tap into details and further memories. Others are content to let it go with an interested shrug of the shoulders.
