Liberal Judges May Be Brought Before Congress

A key member on the House Judiciary committee wants to see Congress get tough on activist judges. U.S. Representative Steve King (R-IA) says that he intends to push to bring activist judges before Congress, to explain the constitutional basis for their rulings when those decisions overturn the will of Congress and the American people. He wants them to appear before a congressional committee and face some tough questions. He is pushing the chairman of the committee, James Sensenbrenner, on this, but no decision has been made if that indeed will happen.

Doesn't this key member of Congress understand the Judicial process at all? Can't Steve King read the holdings in whatever case has his underwear twisted?
