Look in the deep south the Black man is treated like he ain't no good.

In the north they get treated better.

Vermont aint in the south....yet as has been mentioned...it dont have nice bible reading people, approves of tow men getting married and having sex!

and yet...God hasnt bothered to lift a finger....

Do you think its only a matter of time?

Since Jesus told His followers to love each other, love their neighbor as themselves, love their enemies and pray for those who do you wrong, then can a person who hates truly call him or herself a Christian? I can't answer that question without serious judging, so I won't. But you can think about it.

To hate and Christian don't quite mix.

Hmmm... isn't denying people the right to celebrate their marriage in your church a bit hateful?

So you're saying that all those racist members of the Southern Baptist Church are not Christian? Pat Robertson, of course, not Christian. Jerry Falwell, professional racist, not Christian. Is that your position?

No. It is sinful for two of the same sex to be in a sexual relationship therefore how can it be allowed in a Christian Church.

I said Hate and Christ are not compatible.

Have you ever been there and spent much time? There are some nasty white people in Mississippi.

Yes, I have been there. Yes, I have seen racists in every state I have ever visited.

What you fail to realize is that in your attempt to draw false correlations, you ignore many other correlations (equally false).

cum hoc ergo propter hoc

  • Mississippi has a high number of racists.
  • Mississippi has the highest number of religious people per capita.
  • Therefore, religion equals racism.
Or

  • Vermont allows same sex marriage
  • No hurricanes have hit Vermont since 1938.
  • Therefore, states with same-sex marriage are protected from hurricanes.
Or

  • Colorado has more microbreweries per capita than any other state.
  • Colorado is ranked 50th in the number of women under State or Federal jurisdiction in prison.
  • Therefore, more locally brewed beer equals less female criminals.

Correlation does not imply causation.

For heaven's sake, no one's asking the Church to allow people to have sex!

As we've established, only Archer has a problem with two women having sex; not God. Yet you persist in discriminating against us, out of pure prejudice. That's hating.

Yes, I know. Now would you answer my question? Thanks.

btw, you might want to check out Fred Phelps' website. He cites a ton of scriptures of God expressing His hatred.

It's also "sinful" to work on the sabbath. So, shouldn't you be protesting that places like walmart or other stores be closed on sunday or friday, depending on which religion you fallow?
