Can you rephrase your question so it has less negative as isn't and false. If I remove them are you then trying to say:
Can anyone prove Paul is a true prophet?
For what purpose? To invalidate another's beliefs? To what end?

The burden of proof belongs to the one making the accusation.
Paul argues against the presumption of innocence in Romans 3:4 when he implies that David's sin involved lying, which it did not.

The Church considers his writings to be inspired. It has believed so since before the codification of the New Testament canon. It is on you to prove that the Church is mistaken, not the other way around.
