Pennsylvania Mail-In Votes. Don't fall for the lie.

Trump may perform better than Harris as the polls close, but mail in votes are counted AFTER the in-person votes. Trump may lose ground early in the morning as mail ins are counted

That's not true. The counting varies some before and some on election day depending upon the state. Some states can count the ballots at the time of receipt.

Here's what actually happens to absentee and mail-in ballots......

From your link ...

Processing (checking signatures and the like) is different from counting.

Only the seven "battleground" states really matter. Of those, two (Arizona and Nevada) allow counting to be started before the election date. Some others count on the date, others don't.

No states may release the numbers until close of polls on election day.

As I recall in 2020 Trump saw the "same day" numbers which showed him to be ahead, then got all upset when the mail-in numbers came out.

I read something that said the truism that mail-in votes are much more for Dems may no longer hold.

I noticed living here in the People's Republic of New York that results can't be announced until after the election is over , although the ballots could be counted the day before and on Election Day.

Yes that is also true, but the point was whether mail in ballots were counted before election day. In cases where they are not, their counting isn't reported till after the in person vote, historically mail in ballots have favored Democrats (they are smarter about not waiting in lines?)
In our People's Republic they are counted before the close of election and so are reported after poll closing on election day.
That is not true of some states that do not count them till later, it also depends on how quickly they can be processed.
Note, since this may not include ballots legally received after election day. (mailed before but only received within 7 days) the totals might change.

Yes, NY results are not reported till after closing of the polls at 9PM, seriously, we are busy processing voters entering and other than knowing how many people have voted, there is no running tally, it is in the locked computer and can't even be accessed till the machines are closed out.
After poll closing bipartisan parties read the data that has been carried to them with sheriff's escort.

Think about how you would do it to avoid premature reports becoming available.
That said, there are lots of polling places open after NY and other east coast closings such as much of the west and Hawaii.

Yes. That's pretty much a general rule. If they announce the mail-in results before the polls close it could influence anyone that hadn't voted yet.
