"God" is a very malleable word. All sorts of meanings are attributed to it.

But the true matter is that it is just pointless to call permanent peace "god".

Peace is a good target, god isn't. You'll never sell permanent peace on people if god is the price

I pretty much agree with you on that one.

But you know who has the most interesting take on war and peace I've ever encountered? Friedrich Nietzsche.

Nietzsche said something like: "War should be the ultimate goal. Not peace. Peace should be used as a means to new wars. It has no other value."

I disagree with him. I rather like peace and rather hate wars.

But I think he has an interesting take. I think he implies that peace makes us docile and weak, while war forces us to put the strongest and most courageous among us out there to attain glory .

Permanence is a fleeting illusion. Impermanence is reality. Being mindful of the difference is helpful.
