Personally I believe the world was created around 1980 with the birth of one individual here on earth. And when he dies the cycle will start all over again. I live in reality and have realistic views taken from real life.

I’ve had this belief for 15 years and I have not shared it with anyone except for here. I said on here before that I don’t care what people think of what I believe. Well that’s not entirely true. I’m aware of how people would react if I were to tell them. Oh well, no big deal.

It's not that I automatically disbelieve, but personally, I have memories of life prior to 1980, as I was born in the 1960s. I was already in my teen years by 1980.

Well , they say we are essentially replaced every 7 years or so. The former you completly dead and gone throughout the transition.

Mostly though ......

Does the human body replace itself every 7 years?

Even when new cells are 'born,' aging still takes a toll.

What's the point of making fake memories for billions of people and to create a fake history going back billions of years? Why does Occam's Razor fail here, in your opinion?

I distinctly remember the 1970 FA Cup final between Chelsea and Leeds, and England losing to West Germany in Mexico in the World Cup that summer. These events made a great impression on my young mind.

What if the world was created this morning and all the memories between around 1980 and yesterday were just implanted in your mind? What if this cycle happens every 24 hours?

I think God did a pretty good job imo. He had to make things realistic did he not?

I don’t believe it happens every 24 hours. Yeah I probably post it too much. But I just do it so people that come here once in a while might get a chance to see it. Oh well, no biggy. Half the threads here get lost quick anyway.

I disagree. I think existence has an ending and this way makes the most sense.

Doesn't seem to me that he did at all. I fail to see why we should come to the conclusion that a god who is capable of creating anything would create a fake version of his own creation just to create an illusion of the reality that he created. Like... What's the point?

You already asked what the point was and I answered to the best of my ability. Maybe this will help.He couldn’t reveal the man’s identity, on which existence is able to be, for obvious reasons. So there is the biggest fake out of them all right there if you wanna call it that. All in all I don’t think I could do any better.
