Carrots would lack knowledge as it seems so they are not gnostic. Unless the parable about reaping the harvest is about carrots then maybe they may be heathens at slaughter.

"Not believing" doesn't represent an inexistence. Inexistence doesn't exist, but "not believing" does.

Then why do atheists "not believe" in God when some atheists clearly think God does not exist?

Thanks, but no. My atheism lies in not believing. I don't lack for any beliefs.

Yes, your atheism. The other definition of atheism, also supported by the oxford dictionary is the form of atheism that comes from lack of belief.

It's interesting that the Stanford Encyclopedia of Philosophy states ...
'Atheism' means the negation of theism, the denial of the existence of God.
Sadly, I searched in vain for any references to carrots.

Oxford dictionary is bigger authority on english language. Actually, when
I started reading from the standord it wasnt long itll it start quoting the oxford for related subjects.

So, if we go to the biggest authority, carrots cant be agnostics as their lack of attitudes and beliefs, and babies are one of the two forms of atheists.

I mean that I should give up. :)

Okay

If you want to take only one of the meanings the OD gives to atheist, then sure.

I mean you could also say you plain dont agree with the OD and for you lack of belief does not equal atheism.

Equally, if you have a source different than OD, maybe your source does think carrots are agnostics.

As I said earlier, I don't disagree with the Oxford dictionary. It's you I disagree with.

But you don't listen.

I listened, the problem is its incoherent with what you are saying.

Yu are saying that a person who lacks a belief in god is not necesarily an atheist. The oxford dictionary says it is an atheist.

I am looking for the gray area, but I certainly cant see it and you have definetely not explained it any good.

No, I didn't say that. I don't know where you got that from. If you want my arguments, they are all there in the other thread for you to review.

And I'd also like to point out that I'm not stupid. Your continued asking of, "Where do get lost?" indicated that I don't get it. I do get it, I just disagree.*

*With you, not with Oxford.

You think babies believe in god then?
