Are you fat?

I am

But I'm not going to say how heavy I am

I am on meds that I have to take and a side effect of them is that they make you put on tons of weight

So that's my excuse!

By bmi standards I am "overweight".

But whether or not I look over weight would probably be a matter of opinion.

Why BMI is inaccurate and misleading

Why You Shouldn’t Rely on BMI Alone

Here as an example to go with my previous post.
Just saw a commercial with LA Knight so I used him for the example.
He doesn't look obese to me lol

LA Knight

Height: 6 feet, 1 inches

Weight: 229 pounds

His BMI is 30.2, indicating his weight is in the Obesity category for adults of his height.

I have been fat "most" of my life. It's the result of living a life of plenty, and making bad habits into lifestyle. Now there's definitely a difference in living food-privileged and living a life of plenty. I grew up with "eat all you want" and "eat, you'll feel better." This from depression era adults. But what was eaten had much to do with it. Every meal came with biscuits, gravy, molasses, jelly, spoon bead, bread-pudding, etc. Depression "cheap and filling" and plenty of it. To this day one of my favorite meals is biscuits and pot liquor or pot liquor with dumplings. So of course, I'm fat. But I work hard to stay under the "obese" line. . .with age it's harder and harder to do.

Yeah I was going to post a photo of myself shirtless and ask if I was fat, but I figured no one wanted to see me in my towel

I've seen a picture of you before and you didn't look fat in it, unless it was an old picture?
