Hobby Lobby starts in July here...What comes to mind is stores putting out "Christmas" items well before Thanksgiving.
For procrastinating artists/hobbyists, I think.Hobby Lobby starts in July here...
Is it true that in the USA there are Christmas shops that are open all year?Hobby Lobby starts in July here...
Probably. Not in my corner of the country though(Midwest is sparsely populated for the most part). Is it true that in the USA there are Christmas shops that are open all year?
My memory of dates is hazy but I think Costco had the Christmas merchandise out earlier.Right!!
I went to a store on Halloween and saw Halloween/Thanksgiving merchandising and came back the next day (yeah, I have that kinda time on my hands now), and it was Christmas.
I think I once saw a crappy low budget made for TV movie that had such a shop as the setting for a romance storyProbably. Not in my corner of the country though(Midwest is sparsely populated for the most part).
None that I’ve seen. But I lived in West Virginia for a few years and can attest that many leave their Christmas lights up all year long.Is it true that in the USA there are Christmas shops that are open all year?
Happens here, too... though it seems laziness is mostly to blame.None that I’ve seen. But I lived in West Virginia for a few years and can attest that many leave their Christmas lights up all year long.

Do you recall the movie name?I think I once saw a crappy low budget made for TV movie that had such a shop as the setting for a romance story
It’s been a few years, but I think that might be the state motto.Happens here, too... though it seems laziness is mostly to blame.
Sadly not, it would have been a long time ago and I wouldn't have been giving it my full attention plus it would have probably been quite forgettable tooDo you recall the movie name?
I hope you didn't write and direct it, because I just called it crappy and forgettable....Do you recall the movie name?
I wouldn’t be too concerned about it. Most of the posts I write here are crappy and forgettable.I hope you didn't write and direct it, because I just called it crappy and forgettable....
How do you figure? To me Christmas has little to do with religion although obviously it is named after Jesus
