Found an edition of "Poor Richard's Almanac" by Ben Franklin.

"Franklin's greatest business accomplishment came from the publication of Poor Richard's Almanack. On December 19, 1732 Franklin published his first almanac under the pseudonym of Richard Saunders. The almanac was published for the year of 1733 and was published once a year for the next 25 years."

Wait... You found an original copy or a facsimile/modern reprint?

That's an original as far as I can tell.

Edit: But it's a later edition than the date I posted, as it's a compilation from each edition he had published. There is no copyright or print date on it, and as far as I can tell through a cursory internet search, the name of the publisher does not exist.

I'm no expert on this, so don't take this as any more than a thought bubble.

The Almanac was very much populist literature and was exceedingly popular. I'm not convinced it would have good binding and covers that being the case.

That also prominently features Franklin's name, but he was 'only' the publisher.
(Of course he was also the author in reality)

To be clear, I have no knowledge about this particular book, etc, and could be talking straight out of my butt. Wouldn't be the first time.
