It can be difficult to make meaningful comparison in those matters, but if I had to make a call I would say the US. The military and economic partnerships are probably more significant, at least.
I don't know of any government as pro Israel as the USA.
I think that there are more Zionists here than in Israel. And they still get about 3billion a year, despite cuts in most everything else.

I still find it to be horribly one-sided. Israel gets away with a lot of bull**** because their guard-dog is essentially Cerberus.

But as we've seen, sometimes painfully so, what takes place in the Middle East and elsewhere does affect us, whether we want it to or not.
I will not use the word Ally.
The relation between Israel and US is not a healthy one...
When you Have an Israeli lobby in the US that is capable to shape the US policy according to the Israeli interests, even when these interests contradicts that of the US citizens, then there is something wrong here...
