Oh, boy...I expect the court to weigh in on this one.
Private subjects should stick with private schools.
On the other hand, some subjects are considered private however shouldn't be, but all we can do is go with the flow and let the rest go.

We had a close one in Colorado. HB 13 1089 the "Academic Freedom Act" was narrowly avoided a year ago.
