He's probably not wrong. The choices are a president who is constantly shooting himself in the foot and a president who has become an expert on doing nothing at all. A weak, predictable president is better for foreign totalitarian regimes than a self-destructor who is unhinged.

The more pressing question is, regardless of which president, how much *should* the US get involved with foreign tyrants and through what methods.

Hint: I'm not talking about Russia alone.
