God was all knowing at the beginning of time.So why did he make the Devil and Hitler exist.Knowing what they would do?

God didn’t know.God was all knowing at the beginning of time.So why did he make the Devil and Hitler exist.Knowing what they would do?
Frank, please read Genesis 22:1-12….
Vs.12 says:
Then he [God] said (to Abraham): “Do not harm the boy, and do not do anything at all to him, for now I do know that you are God-fearing because you have not withheld your son, your only one, from me.”
What does this tell us? That Jehovah God did not know what Abraham was going to do, if Abraham would really go through with it, did He?
People have all kinds of misconceptions about God. But the Bible clarifies most of them.
God is not omniscient, in the way most people think…. God does not know our future actions individually.
