What do jw think blood transfusion is bad?

Its not that we think blood is "bad" but to God it is sacred. It is the symbol for life itself.

It is the only command that was restated to man in three different eras. The first time God mentioned a prohibition on blood was with Noah after the flood when animal flesh could be consumed for the first time. That was before God's law was given to Israel which had very specific laws on the use of blood. Then it was restated again for Christians.

I agree, the command found at Genesis 9:4 applied 'before' the Constitution of the Mosaic Law, 'during' the Mosaic law, - Leviticus 17:10-12, and ' after ' because it still applies today as per what gospel writer Luke wrote at Acts of the Apostles 15:20; Acts of the Apostles 15:29; Acts of the Apostles 21:25.
