Question

If you were gay would you be friends with people who thought being gay was wrong for others?

Twilight, not bright nor dark, good nor bad.
If you were gay would you be friends with people who thought being gay was wrong for others?
Of course. Hypothetically if I was gay, they would be my friends, not someone else's and vice versa.

Of course.

Are you not friends with people just because they don't agree with you?

You'll notice you didn't answer my question.

Also, if you were that sure, why bother creating a thread?
Tryin to prove a point about peoples beliefs being convoluted. When it comes to abortion it seems pro lifers and pro choice people have no problem being chums.

I would be friends with them, but chances are, they wouldn't be friends with me. In fact, one of my closest friends is like this. She won't have any relations with gay people, and her entire family is very homophobic. It's kind of sad because she had to cut ties with decent people because she treats them like abominable sinners. She's also Catholic btw, and treats her Catholic and conservative views very seriously.

Really? Even when you knew that they thought you’re lifestyle was wrong? Weird
Why is that weird? I have christian friends who believe sex outside of wedlock is a sin, yet when my girlfriend moved in with me, we remained friends. Do you find that weird?

Im not gay so cannot answer that for myself. I have gay friends, one of whom is an Irish Catholic. His parents hate his lifestyle, he is still there son and love him as he loves his parents.

The fact that you think those two things are similar is hilarious.

Ahh so for no rhyme or reason, you just find some things hilarious and feel a need to tell people about it? Got it. You do you.

Uhm. If that is what you feel. Lmao. I mean I already explained why it's funny. If you can't see that... ooops.
