Baalzubub is a name for one of the Philistine gods, Baal. I believe it is one of his titles. Although I believe that Jesus uses the title to refer to Satan a few times.

The book of acts.

Baal means "Lord, master, husband". There were many local Baals. So we can't be sure that the Baal of Canaan and Baal-Sebub, "Lord Lord", is the same guy. Other interpretations of this name is "Lord of the Flies", "Lord of Zebub" (an unknown place), Ba'al Zebul, "Lord of the High Place".

Lucifer is a name used by the translator Jerome in the 4th century for what in modern Bibles is "the morning star" (Isaiah 14:12 ).
