Recipe wanted for Bradley Leatherback Mushrooms

I picked up some Wild Bradley mushrooms at the market, and am looking for recipe ideas for them. Last time I got them, I made a really tasty beef and bean chili. They were a great addition. I am hoping that someone else has some other experiences with cooking them that they could share.
