reinarnation in the HOGD?

WayFarer

Rogue Scholar
It is hard to say where, specifically, they may have picked up the concept of reincarnation. The Golden Dawn was created by members who were Freemasons and/or Rosicrucians. Both have Hermetic ties so I am not sure if they came by it directly through Hermetic studies or second hand.

Hermeticism certainly influenced the Golden Dawn. It's from them that the phrase "as above, so below" comes from. But considering the plethora of other influences on the Golden Dawn, including Eastern philosophies, it could have come from anywhere.
