Yay, lets make a list of all movies and series that are somehow related to religion but not "to" obvious.

I'll give 2 obvious ones.

Movie: Star Wars: darkside/lightside... the force.. darth vader luring you to the darkside.

Serie: Lost: miracles with walking, believing in the island, typing numbers without knowledge, still qwanting to explain everything raionally..

What about Constantine....

This is far too subjective. The Red Pill the Blue Pill? Sure you can take that in a religious manner, but it can be taken in a secular one also.

Why can't movies just be great entertainment anymore!!!! They're either bubblegum crap or full of hidden meaning...
