I'm more concerned with Israel's response.
Maybe seeing Iran's attack was 99% ineffectual was enough of a win.

The Republicans in Congress are not going to do anything, they can't. They don't have the power, they don't control the Senate, they don't control the White House, and they just barely control the House. That is not really the point. But this is why they should never be allowed to have power.

"Unprovoked attack?" What a moron. Israel did an airstrike on an Iranian consulate! Seems like it is Israel that is itching for a strike on Iran, presumably to prevent Iran from getting nukes. I am sure the Saudi Arabia isn't too keen on Iran getting nukes either.

Iran is Shia and Persian. Other Islamic nations in the ME are Sunni and Arab. No love lost between these two.
