Although it has been assumed for days the call of the control of the House of Representatives has finally come. Delays due to slow ballot counts in some races are slowly but surely coming to an end. By now enough races have been called to say that the Republicans will retain control of the House of Representatives. Mike Johnson will continue as the Speaker of the House.

This means the Republicans will control the House of Representatives, the Senate, and the Presidency. There is also a conservative majority in the Supreme Court.

I don't think so. Give it a few more weeks for things to settle down. The story will change considerably.

Let the republicans do their damage and let the voters see what they are really all about. Next election in two years. We can see Trump is already screwing up picking cabinet officials with unqualified nominees. We will see if republicans in the senate have any spines, or will bend their knees to the dictator.
