Biden is now being impeached for the facts in the laptop that should have been freely known. The conspirators only got worse.

If we go back even further to the origins of the worsening deep state corruption, President Obama and then VP Biden used Government power to spy on Candidate Trump in 2016. Nixon is still held up, by fake news, as the poster child of corruption, even though Obama and Biden went way beyond Nixon in terms of their spying. Nixon only used party loyalists to spy on the DNC at Watergate. Obama and Biden used the FBI and CIA. Controlling freedom of speech, as far back as Obama; Politically correct, allowed this to be ignored by the Press, in favor of their failed Russian Collusion Coup. The spying alone should have been sufficient to make Biden ineligible to run in 2020, if we free speech was not being abused, already.

Kennedy has asked the Biden Administration, for Secret Service Protection, being a viable candidate for President. But the White House has decline protection; election interference to leave him vulnerable to their operative, and by having to waste campaign money on his own protection. If they can control fake news news, with the pressure of Government, via DEI operatives, they can deny this happening.

There was a very recent Supreme Court case about Government being able to censor speech, under some emergency conditions. My opinion is Government should be able to censor under extraordinary circumstances, but with the stipulation, if 20/20 hindsight shows it was a scam, with no statute of limitation, those involved get automatic jail time, and all they illegally built is taken down and illegal spent has to be paid back, by the crooks.

Exactly. The riot was not spontaneous. A lot of planning went into the Capitol takeover, with Proud Boys and Oathkeepers showing up early to scout out weak points in the defenses. That's why some of them were convicted of Seditious Conspiracy and jailed. Trump, of course, has promised to pardon them, once he gets into office. He is still furious at Pence for not going along with the coup. It is clear that he wanted to overturn Biden's election by hook or by crook and stay in office. If he wins the electoral count in November, there is no danger that Biden will try to pull off the same type of coup, but it is certain that all of the federal charges against Trump will simply be dropped by his new regime. It took him four years to learn how to break the system properly, and he is much better prepared to undermine our democracy and system of laws if given another chance by voters in the few swing states.

Biden is a career politician, who has been around Washington, since he first won the Senate in 1972. To put this in perspective, Nixon was President when Biden first began his Washington lifetime Career. This means Biden has known and knows all the career insiders, at the top of the Washington food chain, since the time of Nixon. Biden was part of the Senate that impeached Nixon. This legacy good ole boys network is why term limits, is always squashed or voted down; a self protecting syndicate. People with government bureaucratic jobs, such as appointment, who move up the ladder, who cannot be fired, can be around as long as Biden; 50 years. They often are promoted to higher and higher positions; top level swamp body.

This Good Ole Boy's network, where Biden now sits at the head of the table as legacy President, is the head of the Swamp snake. Trump, was an outsider. He had been part of Washington, only four years, and most of that time he was a constant target of the swamp. The swamp tried, but failed to take him down; Russian collusion Coup and then impeachment number one to protect the Biden Family Influence peddling insider business that got a prosecutor fired in Ukraine. This firing was the swamp protecting its own and the money flow. Notice the money source was not the target.

The House inquiry into the Hunter Biden Laptop shows the Ukraine business was real and the laptop shows the Biden family Ukraine client, occurred when Biden was VP under Obama. Hillary Clinton also sat at that same big table and had her own insider business. Hunter is still under investigation for failing to pay $millions in back taxes, connected to the family business. This business is real and not made up, even if the "big guy", can call in swamp favors and game the DOJ to hide evidence or intimidate witnesses. Anyone with that many connections in Washington, is immune to things, that would crush the rest of us.

Biden was around when they impeached Nixon for Watergate in 1974; 50 years ago. He was also around in 2016 when He and Obama, and all of Biden's Swamp buddies in the CIA and FBI spied on the Trump campaign, using the power of Government. How did Obama and Biden not get a Nixon style Trial, since what they did, was like what Nixon did, but on steroids. Nixon never used government to spy on political candidates; He used party loyalists. Nixon did say he pondered doing it he Obama and Biden way, but he was not crooked and disloyal enough to the Constitution to do that.

The Mueller report showed this spying did occur under an early Russian Collusion Coup excuse, that would be debunked. If you recall, Obama and Biden said they had daily meetings with the FBI and CIA. Obama even tried to get Trump to follow the tradition; keep their outsider enemy close. Trump refused since he was a victim of their spying and did not trust them.

Obama and Biden had to know about this spying, since swamp big table people like Biden and Obama would not have been kept in the dark. Biden had eyes and ears everywhere, like he still does ,and he would be protected from internal renegades that threatened their positions. This spying would have had to have their approval and reassurance.This should have disqualified Biden, based on the Nixon impeachment, criteria. The lessor of the two similar acts drove a President out of office. The worst of two evils should not allow anyone to enter the same office. Swamp connections and intrigue can create dual justice for even worse crimes.

In 20/20 hindsight, the swam kept the pressure of Trump, who was back peddling and could not mount an offense, for the first couple of years. By then, it was swept under the rug and treated as a lessor crime with falls guys, to whom nothing happens. This is how dangerous the swamp had become.

We also know, based on Elon Musk buying Twitter and allowing company confidential files to be made public, that Government and the Swamp, that included then out of office legacy swamp personnel, Obama and Biden, took away freedom of speech, by pressuring social media companies like Facebook and Twitter. The question is if they can control information and misinformation, how do you know what this syndicate is selling us, via fake news if truth or lie? They lied about the Russian Collision for years. Some still wish to believe that Swamp spun conspiracy theory, rather than admit they were fooled like fools. Or they are tentacles of the swamp and need to maintain the image of credibility by not admitting anything.

There are still a lot of propagandists, who are assigned to various web sites, whose job is to provide misinformation, especially during Primary and election season. To be more resistant, you need to maintain the longer view, since the longer term view has more time for 20/20 hindsight and for better data distillation. Lies come out fast, but truth takes time to be revealed. New gossip is hard to judge, due to emotions, but debunked over 2-8 years is better data; smaller margin of lies. This is good science practice applied to fake news data and noise.

Look at the long term actions and not just the latest short term words, such as who spied on who, based on after the fact evidence. Who did censorship of a candidate? Who did a soft coup called the Russian Collusion, that propaganda and fake news reinforced for years? Who did a fake impeachment which we now know is based on the factual events of the Biden Family influence peddling business in Ukraine. The guy who paid the Biden Family was protected; money flow resumed.

The swamp did try to make the residual evidence of Ukraine, go away with a sweet heart deal for Hunter to dismiss back taxers. If there are no taxes, where is the alleged business revenue? This got messed up when somebody in the rank and file, Swamp blinked. The Swamp is not just loyalists, but also those who are on board due to career intimidation and black mail. These people still want a way out to retirement, and also have a conscience. Now the IRS whistle blowers are being pressured by the Swamp and fake news disinformation, but this cannot be too obvious, less they give themselves away.

One that is too obvious is the foreign informant, that was recently dismissed and discredited because of lying. He had been used by the House Impeachment inquiry. He had previously been used as an asset for years, and all of a sudden is the worst thing since burnt bread. The question I have is how much information did the FBI and CIA agents give this guy, all those years, that they paid him and thought he was a truthful asset? Are our intelligence people that incompetent or traitors? I am not calling the agencies incompetent or traitors, but rather if the Swamp now wants to call that spy, unreliable, they also implying these agents dumb as a stump and maybe even traitors, for years. The agents may need to lawyer up; just a heads up, being loose ends to their first accusation. There is a pattern to this; cover the cover up.

Now we have the blatant misuse of the DOJ to attack and harass the primary political opponent in swamp run states, many of which are DEI plants. These people were elected or placed by money influxes from Billionaire Swamp allies like Soros. Everything that Trump is accused of, if true, could have been handled 1-2 years ago. So why wait under it interferes in the election season? The swamp is becoming less subtle so even a comrade can see it.

This censored the free press and was called Russian Disinformation, instead of a verified fact by the FBI. A known China and Russian partner would gain the highest office of the USA. We also know, based on Elon Musk buying Twitter and allowing company confidential files to be made public, that Government and the Swamp, that included then out of office legacy swamp personnel, Obama and Biden, took away freedom of speech, by pressuring social media companies like Facebook and Twitter. The question is if they can control information and misinformation, how do you know what this syndicate is selling us, via fake news if truth or lie? They lied about the Russian Collision for years.
