I have a few ideas, but I wanted to clarify one thing: taut is not a noun, or being used as a noun here, correct?
Sure, as in 'tautology', a play on the word. Call it poetic license.
Ah. In that case, it's "nature".
That last line can go two ways to enforce this answer.
Well, I could say "human nature", but that seems rather minimalist...
I think he's looking for the answer of "Satan" lol
Nazism?
(Sorry if that was a dumb answer)
I think he's looking for the answer of "Satan" lol
No, wrong answer.
Might be a stretch but I'm going to go with a rose. Red flowers, grown from the earth, deceptive in its beauty and a symbol for passion and love which all too often ends in pain.
Ok I give up just tell me
It's red in tooth and claw
Proceeds from blood and soil
And thanks to its deceptive taut
Our hopes and dreams are foil
A riddle there for you all.
What is the answer?
Is it death? It's death, isn't it??
