I've been reading around here for a good while, so I figured why not add my two cents here and there. I've always been fascinated by things religion and philosophical. I was obsessively Catholic until around two years ago when I had begun to slide down the hill of belief. Eventually I came to be presented with the red and blue pill scenario after slowly questioning and breaking down every belief I had until nothing stood.

You are God. The beginning and end, the Shepard and the lamb, Alpha and Omega. If one follows a religion and does good deeds, prays; they're preparing or priming themselves. Our destiny is ultimately up to our decisions. It doesn't bother me if someone believes in God, but they ought to have faith in themselves first. I don't neglect the painful fact that we all have a devil within ourselves too. I think cultural attitudes, ideas and beliefs have played pivotal roles in defining characteristics of their God or Gods over time.

I'm glad I've finally expressed these views of mine, it feels great to let it out as being rather introverted not many hear of my ideas. SO.. greetings. ;)

Welcome to the forum.

I am rather new here myself and this place has a large pool of many highly individualistic individuals.

Personally I do not put faith in anything, least of all myself. I know I make mistakes.

As a perhaps quirky individualistic individual, I add my welcome.

Thanks all for your warm welcomes. I'm individualistic quite much so, an opportunist above all. But I also enjoy helping others. I consider the good thing and add it in my forethoughts most of the time.
