Oh, I think he has plenty of time left. Actually while I'm at it let me explain some things on my own interpretation.
Satan is not a 'he' because it is not a biological creature, it's a creature composed only of spiritual force, and since all humans are spiritual and physical it is trying to trick being that are stronger than it. It has no power that cannot be defeated by a human or angel, so it lies and deceives to trick those into doing what it wants.

He has plenty of time to deceive him. I think he is on earth, all at once trying to recruit believer.
But, surely, should he decide that Satan has had enough time to turn over a new leaf, and has not done so,God can deal with him-he created him?
Jehovah has a time and date for Armageddon which removes satan from the power he has over this system of things.

and as Matthew 24:36-42 says
Concerning that day and hour nobody knows, neither the angels of the heavens nor the Son, but only the Father. For just as the days of Noah were, so the presence of the Son of man will be. 38 For as they were in those days before the flood, eating and drinking, men marrying and women being given in marriage, until the day that Noah entered into the ark; and they took no note until the flood came and swept them all away, so the presence of the Son of man will be. Then two men will be in the field: one will be taken along and the other be abandoned; two women will be grinding at the hand mill: one will be taken along and the other be abandoned. Keep on the watch, therefore, because YOU do not know on what day YOUR Lord is coming.
So basically it says that Only Jehovah God knows the exact date, but we as humans can interpret the season that it is to occur in. But it also says that there will be many who will just go on about their daily lives not even realising that the system of rulership is getting closer to destruction and that just like the days of Noah people will not take note until the moment actually arrives like a thif in the night. or arrives silently upon them.
We are also told though that it is not like these people are not given warning. Matthew 24:14 says And this good news of the kingdom will be preached in all the inhabited earth for a witness to all the nations; and then the end will come.
So it is not like people are not warned, they just will not take heed of hte warnings
