Pick your favorite snarky comment.......

1) Meh.....what can you expect from a state which liked owning other human beings so much that they were willing to kill for this 'right'?

2) Typical feminist....if she doesn't get what she wants, she blames men, & retaliates in a sexist & unrelated way.

3) Making laws is too important a job for politicians.

4) Typical feminist....she thinks only men are anti-abortion, & thinks proposing a stupid law fosters progress.

5) Too many pro-abortion types fail to understand that the other side is all about conferring rights upon the fetus, rather than removing rights from the mother.

Sounds like she's got a great debate technique. After all, she's already achieved what must be her goal of getting attention for her cause. Indeed, she's become, not just state news, but national news. And whatever else you may say about her technique, it does point at how stupid and unnecessarily invasive are the SC laws regarding abortions.

"Obtain a notarized affidavit in which at least one of the patient’s sexual partners affirms that the patient has experienced symptoms of erectile dysfunction during the 90 days preceding the affidavit’s date.

Be referred to a sexual therapist licensed by the State Board of Examiners in Psychology for an assessment of the possible causes of the patient’s symptoms of erectile dysfunction and obtain a written report in which the therapist concludes that the patient’s symptoms are not attributable solely to one or more psychological conditions.

Attend three sessions of outpatient counseling within a period of not less than six months after the drug is prescribed to ensure the patient’s understanding of the dangerous side effects of drugs intended to treat the symptoms of erectile dysfunction and consider celibacy as a viable lifestyle choice."
