I believe when, in a marriage and commitment, the parties look for "what is his right and what is hers" that marriage is already over. The parties should be understanding and do the best for each other and let go of their "rights" on each other. But in any case, the laws are there to make justice for certain marriages which has ups and downs. And here in the video, you can see a lawyer suggesting she demands all her rights to make him beg. lol. that was funny.
