science fair project

Since I'm in the 8th grade now, we're doing our science fair project. I was first going to see why one metal was more conductive to heat and electricity than another metal, but that was too boring, and i thought of a better one; Is one person more pro-war and another anti-war because of blah blah blah. I'm going to use some variables like, 'are you christian?', 'do you have a son or daughter in the army?, 'were you brought up in a pro-war household?', 'were any of your ancestors or relatives in the army?', 'are you republican?', 'are you a democrat?' etc etc. I'm going to poll a group of 100 people, 50 pro-war, 50 anti-war. Later on when i get all of my variables (help would be appreciated here), i would like to interview people on this site to go on the project.

BTW, this is mainly for the Americans, about the Iraq war and all.

Sounds like a good science project, Fat Kat Matt! If nothing more, it will teach you the difference between establishing a causal relationship, and establishing a correlation. That's a very useful thing to know. I wish you the best with your project!

Shall I answer them now?
