Evolution of science. Maneuvering of science implies agency, and all human agency carries agenda. Bottom-Up agenda is more than enough for science. Top-down agenda produces things like NASA. Great for pretty pictures and educational resource, but a Nation Attaining Space got Administered.

MANEUVERING of SCIENCE?

yes it does, congradulations your observing well.

It adds new information as it is found and discovered. If something is false it tosses it out and adds whats needed where ist needed.

Unlike religion which is stale, moldy and rotting when it comes to history and science.

Religion was never ment to be a science class or a history class but so many have turned it into such. Now there left with moldy cheese they cant eat and blame science for there own self destruction.
