For many years (decades?), Kamana Naturalist training has done an outstanding job of teaching people to observe, respect, and learn from the natural world and learn the wisdom of indigenous people in this regard. IMO, we have separated ourselves from nature at our peril. Humans are negatively impacting the planet in unsustainable and society-threatening ways.
Back in the 90s, four books were written that share and celebrate the wisdom of indigenous people. Now the PC police, in a horrific act of virtue signaling, have decided that these 30 year old books don't meet with their current, slippery, fragile, naive, misguided worldview. This is one of the saddest webpages I've ever seen:
The Sunset of Kamana » Wilderness Awareness School
