Seeking info about Advaita Vedanta

I often wonder why curious people are drawn to Advaita Vedanta first, and not some other school.

It was because of my experiences in meditation, and from reading about meditation in Ken Wilber's books. He seems to draw from it, so I was curious about the source.

I think you mean people who were not born into Hinduism and at some point are curious. I believe it may simply be because Advaita is the most widely documented belief. The odds are, when looking at Hinduism, you will first hit an Advaitic web page or find an Advaita book.

Brahman isn't even Sat-Chit-Ananda. Because Sat-Chit-Ananda isn't absolute declaration of Brahman but is Negation. Brahman is consciousness? No, it muat be consciousness of consciousness. So what's consciousness of consciousness? unknown!
Hello hindukrishna....
I wonder how you use the Word "consciousness". How would you use it in relation to these verses?

Aitareya Upanishad 3.1.4
"… All these have Consciousness as the giver of their reality; all these are impelled by Consciousness; the universe has Consciousness as its eye and Consciousness is its end. Consciousness is Brahman."

Brihadaranyaka Upanishad 4.3.30
"…there is no cessation of the knowing of the knower, because the knower is imperishable. There is then, however, no second thing separate from the knower that it could know.…"
