Sorry, but I just came across this thread and haven't had time to read every post. Has anyone pointed out yet that Senator Robert F Kennedy Jr does not exist? It's possible that this guy is so far gone that he thinks he's a senator, or maybe it's just that @Twilight Hue had a brain fart after watching the video of him testifying to a Congressional committee.

It has been booming under the Biden-Harris administration, so I suppose it will just carry on as before. However, that has had more to do with the Federal Reserve than the President. If Trump wins and tries to start carrying out his tariff threats, that could trigger a recession and possible depression, not just in our country, but internationally.

Democrats with their big mouths have been saying they can handle it and declare themselves Sanctuary cities so the Republicans just put their damn mouth where their money is I don't personally I probably would have rather seen them ship back to their place of origin.

You are correct only that Trump did not accept the valid and certified election results in 2020.
Trump lied about election fraud by those not assocoated with him. This lie led to protests by MAGAs including the infamous Jan 6 riots and issurrection attempt.
You are cherry picking one comment of many, and the ones you are not mentioning supported the protests in the first place because he lied about winning the election. He also mande many comments that implied violence. He refused to tell his rioters to stop AFTER the violence began. He sat there watching and refused to help stop the violence. Trump even ignored his daughter's appeal to tell his followers to stop. So your one, liitle comment is quite irrelevant given all the other inaction, and other calls for protests and attacks.
Kinda like waiting to see if your habitual smoking really leads to lung cancer. Not smart either way.

Why would it change at all? It's gone from 20,000 to 42,000 under Biden. Harris will surely maintain this stable path. Remember, the stock market and economy loves stability,. Trump is anything but stable, and his ideas are predicted to be catatrophic to the economy. His non-economic policies alone will cause social instability and uncertainty, and consumer confidence will collapse. Biden and Harris are stable and predictable, and that's why the post-pandemic recovery has been consistent and strong.
I was talking about what a Trump society will look like if he wins, and I can see most of 2025 remain fairly stable, and if Trump decides to deport migrants many groceries and meats will increase in cost by the time 2026 rolls around. The tariffs will begin to increase the costs of imported goods. The nutty things he is threatening to do to his "enemies" using the DOJ will cause consumers to believe they need to save money just in case of a social collapse, and due to increased food costs. The economy will go into recession. Many will lose jobs, and with the high cost of housing there will be more homeless, and people being evicted. Of course the housing and rental markets will come down.
So we will have about a year under Trump with fairly consistent economic news, and by 2026 the **** will hit the fan.
