No, because it will ensure that the religious will not get their way. Being anti-religious is a logical choice considering what religion has begun to do. It is like saying an anti-crime bigot when we mutually dislike crime.
Religious people profess as a whole to dislike evil yet are apart of religions which they themselves make evil. The hypocrisy is firm enough to oppose it and retain logical coherence and sanity.

The anti-religious more often than not need to be solicited for such positions. It's not likely that any anti-religious person would have any bias against a religious person because he or she would likely be guided by evidence regardless. Where are all the examples of secular judges harshly misjudging innocent religious folk?

If the OP had been "should bigots of any kind..." then I would have voted yes. As it is, I vote for "bad question".

If they are unable to leave their disgusting bigotry at the door, then yes. And given you said "deeply," I some how doubt the folks you mean would be capable of doing that.

I suppose if you put them in an office where their votes would never have anything to do with issues of religion, that might be passable.

Bigots of any radical extremist position should be barred from positions of power in the Justice system-- religious, anti-religious, or anything else.

The system itself provides for prejudice or bigotry...A judge would be required to disqualify himself or herself if she/he had strong prejudices in a given case...
