No. I am very much against banning it.

I heard there were some petitions circulated, and the response from people about it were quite interesting.

edit: The poll and video did not seem to be there when I first posted this. Are you messing with me, or am I crazy?

Twilight Hue

Twilight, not bright nor dark, good nor bad.
Please register your vote before watching the video about this chemical found in acid rain, junk food & our waterways.

Not banned but a universal corporate user fee must be discussed pertaining to it's particular uses. Already some large illicit organisations unfairly profited from this, and have used the chemical to obtain an unfair advantage over the less fortunate.

Even bacon is affected.

You know, as much as I found this joke amusing in high school, I have to confess I'm really tired of seeing it now. And I have a hard time believing that this joke has persisted for at least a decade. Probably longer. Who started this, anyway?

I never sign anything without knowing. I watched the video first. I am not surprised.

I assume I made a poor decsion with my vote. This is informative in the sense it shows the dangers of an uninformed voter.

If it means people will stop demanding me to have to bathe so often, I'm all for this ban. I can get my hydration from fruit juices and milk.

Well, yeah, that was the original point of the joke. Among other things. The original intent was educational, but I've seen it used by some who simply want to be jerks, unfortunately. That's probably what made me sick of it. The "haha, you're so stupid!!!!!" mockery that happens afterwords.

Don't deny us jerks our fun!
And if someone finds the experience edifying, that's great too.

No, we shouldn't. We must consider the economical impact and the deep-set traditions, after all.

Besides, does a better alternative even exist?

The only problem is, what happens when it rains? We're gonna need a lot of weather-modification to prevent such a natural disaster. The black market will get all it needs from one storm!

We outlaw rain, of course. And we become very angry while at that.

Hey, it will be entertaining at the very least.

I didn't watch the video, but I did google. In retrospect, I didn't really need to do that. I took chemistry - I know exactly what dihydrogen monoxide is.

Can't brain. Has dumb.
What's sad is some politicians in the Green party here in NZ got hold of this information and actually wanted to create laws surrounding it a number of years ago...
