I honestly do hope evil and bad people will change and become better people. If you think prayer helps with that then I don't see why not. Ive heard of ex white supremacists and neonazis changing their ways. Regretting choices made. It's rare but does happen. I cant imagine the guilt exneonazis and white supermacists feel once they realize how horrible they were. But I dont think prayer will help much with neonazis id rather there be action behind prayer when possible. I doubt most people could reach someone that hateful tho. You'd likely need to be a relative or someone special to said person and it would take a long time. Not something that would happen overnight. And the person has to be lead to want to change and be open-minded enough to the idea they are not only wrong but are being extremely hateful harming a lot of folk and are needing to change. And be willing to accept the consquences of their actions and take accountability that they hurt folk and that most likely sorry is not be enough to fix it
