Should we really be focused on politics?

I have some scriptures for you to look at tell me what you think. Jeremiah 17 : 5 states This is what Jehovah says . ''Cursed is the man who puts his trust in mere humans , Who relies on human power and whose heart turns away from Jehovah. Matthew 6 : 9 , 10 '' You must pray then , this way: ''Our Father in the heavens, let your name be sanctified. Let your kingdom come. Let your will take place, as in heaven also on earth. In the first two verses of the lords the petitions being are 1) Let your name be made holy 2) Let your kingdom come. 3)Let your will take place as in heaven also on earth When satan and all who followed him was thrown out of heaven there was no one that was not doing the will of Jehovah now it's the earths turn. Daniel 2 : 44 states: ''In the days of those kings the God of heaven will set up a kingdom that will never be destroyed. And this kingdom will not be passed on to any other people. It will crush and put an end to all these kingdoms, and it alone will stand forever. 1 John 5 : 19 We know that we originate with God but the whole world is lying in the power of the wicked one. Some bibles say in the power of the wicked the majority say under the power of the evil one. I say who is in charge of the wicked surely not the Father ( Jehovah ) or the son ( Jesus ). Going over these few scriptures Jehovah reveals that the system of things that we live in now is ruled by satan and we shouldn't be putting faith in it or mankind for we will be cursed if we do , but the kingdom is what we should be putting our faith in it will come and crush these other kingdoms that are ruling now. Afterward it alone will stand Jehovah will give Jesus the rule until the thousand year reign is up. Then the keys will be handed back to his father so Jehovah will be all things to all men. 1 Corinthians 15 : 20 - 28 The last sentence is a small summary of 24- 28 but read all of it please. Instead of us trying to change satans system lets change ourselves to be pleasing to the Father ( Jehovah ) and show him we truly believe in his son Jesus by following his example to the best of our ability and that's listening to the words of his Father Jehovah.

Well from a religious viewpoint, I'd think it's kinda pointless if God does nothing politically , leaving the humans to handle everything. I suppose to be more precise, a good work ethic and motivation would make an ideal political enviroment. If a religion helps with that, then it's great if it works out. ;0)
